REXMAN may revise /up-date /modify Terms of Use at any time without notice. You agree to abide by the Terms of Use for all the time of usage of REXMAN.

REXMAN is a recruitment company with an online platform for Job-Seekers and employers. We at REXMAN believe that our greatest contribution to society is to help individuals build a rewarding career and help organizations recruit great talent.

You're eligible to enter into this agreement and you are at least our “Minimum Age'' 18 years or older to visit or use www.rexman.net in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content included on www.rexman.net such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, articles, white papers, videos and software is the sole property of REXMAN or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws /Rules /Regulations /Statutes.

www.rexman.net and other marks indicated on our site are registered trademarks of REXMAN and owned by Rexman Enterprises. Other REXMAN graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of REXMAN and trade dress must not be used in connection with any product or service that is not REXMAN’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among Job-Seekers /Employers and all others concerned and the general public or in any manner that disparages or discredits REXMAN.

LICENSE & ACCESS:

REXMAN grants Job-Seekers /Employers /General Public only a limited permission to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of REXMAN. This permission does not include any resale or commercial or charitable use of this site or its contents; database; job listings; descriptions; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another person; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You would not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including but not limited to images, text, page layout, or form) of REXMAN without express written consent. You would not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing REXMAN's name or trademarks without the express written consent of REXMAN. Any unauthorized use terminates the limited permission granted by REXMAN.

REXMAN cannot monitor the quality and genuineness of information or resume provided by the job seeker without conducting thorough screening via telephonic interview, reference and background check while hiring them for any position. The employers would have to conduct their own reference and background checks of the candidate sourced by REXMAN before issuing offer letter.REXMAN will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this website. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site. Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to REXMAN to be placed on the website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of REXMAN.The User/ Job-Seeker expressly states that any data being fed into the network of REXMAN by the User /Job-Seeker is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or statements. REXMAN expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said data so fed into the network of REXMAN by the User /Job-Seeker. Further, the User /Job-Seeker agrees to indemnify REXMAN for all losses incurred by REXMAN due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable statements made by the User /Job-Seeker on the network of REXMAN.The User/ Job-Seeker is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the user password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the user through his user identification.The User /Subscriber /Visitor to REXMAN does hereby specifically agree that he /she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and also rules, regulations, guidelines, by-laws and notifications made thereunder, while assessing or feeding any data into the computers, computer systems or computer network of REXMAN. The said User to REXMAN does further unequivocally declare that in case he /she violates any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, by-laws and notifications made thereunder, he /she shall alone be responsible for all his /her acts, deeds and things and that he /she alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.The Terms and Conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of REXMAN. Any person using REXMAN in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of REXMAN shall render himself /herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal. In case of non-compliance of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy REXMAN may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information that might have been uploaded by such user.
